Russian Circles - Guidance - 256

Like domain controllers, AD FS servers can authenticate users and should therefore be treated with the same high level of security. Customers can defend against MagicWeb and other backdoors by implementing a holistic security strategy including the AD FS hardening guidance. In the case of this specific discovery, MagicWeb is one step of a much larger intrusion chain that presents unique detection and prevention scenarios.

With all critical infrastructure such as AD FS, it is important to ensure attackers do not gain administrative access. Once attackers gain administrative access, they have many options for further system compromise, activity obfuscation, and persistence. We recommend that any such infrastructure is isolated, accessible only by dedicated admin accounts, and regularly monitored for any changes. Other security measures that can prevent this and other attacks include credential hygiene to prevent lateral movement. AD FS is an on-premises server, and as with all on-premises servers, deployments can get out of date and/or go unpatched, and they can be impacted by local environment compromises and lateral movement. For these reasons, migration to a cloud-based identity solution such as Azure Active Directory for federated authentication is recommended for the robust security it provides. See the mitigation section below for more information. Though we assess the capability to be in limited use, Microsoft anticipates that other actors could adopt similar methodologies and therefore recommends customers review hardening and mitigation guidance provided in this blog.

Commands should start preparing for administrative separations for any Navy service members refusing the vaccine in their ranks. However, commands must hold the paperwork locally until further guidance is issued on when to send the requests. That information will be released in a future NAVADMIN at the beginning of December.

"If in doubt as to how to adjudicate issues related to a Navy service member refusing the vaccine, seek guidance from your chain of command, your staff judge advocate, or the CCDA before acting," Nowell wrote. "In all cases, you are accountable to ensure the health and safety of your command while treating every Navy service member with dignity and respect."

Development of the 2K22 anti-aircraft system began on 8 June 1970. At the request of the Soviet Ministry of Defense, the KBP Instrument Design Bureau in Tula, under the guidance of the appointed Chief Designer A. G. Shipunov [ru], started work on a 30mm anti-aircraft system as a replacement for the 23mm ZSU-23-4.[4]

In addition to KBP as the primary contractor, other members of the Soviet military-industrial complex were involved in the project; the chassis was developed at the Minsk tractor factory, the radio equipment at the Ulyanovsk Mechanical Factory, central computer at NIEMI ("Antey"), guidance and navigational systems by VNII "Signal", and optics were developed by the Leningrad Optical Mechanical Association (LOMO).[7]

There has been a clear shift away from the use of U.S. dollar (USD) LIBOR as a reference rate in financial contracts since the start of the year. This shift is consistent with supervisory guidance issued by the Federal Reserve and other U.S. and global regulators encouraging banks to stop most new use of USD LIBOR by the end of 2021.

As part of our remediation guidance to customers, we advised rotating all SSH keys both in CircleCI and in your target environments. To make it easier for you to compare checkout keys across systems, we added the ability to return SHA-256 public key fingerprints from our v1.1 API. This is in addition to the existing ability to return MD5 fingerprints.

Epidural steroid injections help us treat irritated spinal nerve roots that cause pain in your neck, shoulders, arms, upper and lower back, buttocks, or legs. Many conditions can cause this type of pain, such as herniated disc, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis. X-ray guidance helps us inject low doses of long-lasting corticosteroids (potent anti-inflammatory pain medications) directly into the source of the pain. This approach decreases inflammation and helps you feel better. We perform these procedures in about five minutes. We can use either local anesthesia or comfortable sedation.

Medial branch blocks/facet joint injections are injections, which we perform using X-ray guidance, that help us diagnose and treat pain that comes from the small joints of the spine (facet joints). Disease in these joints, including arthritis, can cause pain in the head, neck, upper and lower back, and buttocks. These procedures take about five minutes and we can use either local anesthesia or comfortable sedation.

Radiofrequency nerve ablations help us treat back and neck pain. Using radiofrequency nerve ablation under X-ray guidance, we deliver precisely controlled heat to temporarily and selectively disable nerves responsible for pain. The procedure takes about 20 minutes. We use either local anesthesia or comfortable sedation.

Muscle and joint injections under ultrasound guidance help us relieve pain from conditions such as neck pain and tennis elbow. Using ultrasound imaging to guide us, we inject the needle under the skin directly into the source of your pain. This injection contains a local anesthetic and a low dose of steroid. The procedure takes about 15 minutes. 041b061a72
